Peter will be sharing his passion for Dilmah Tea and their 'field to cup' philosophy, as well as the wonderful work Dilmah does within the community in Sri Lanka.

Chef Peter Kuruvita
Peter Kuruvita is an award-winning chef and restaurateur, TV presenter, author, and restaurant consultant. Peter’s restaurant history includes Flying Fish Sydney & Fiji, Noosa Beach House and his current venue, Alba by Kuruvita. Peter has presented 5 culinary TV series and authored 3 cookbooks. A long-time Dilmah Tea ambassador, Peter has directed many Dilmah events and dinners around the world, judged High Tea competitions and presented at the World Chefs Congress on 3 occasions.
