The evening begins at 7:00pm with a welcome cocktail and canapes served in our elegant foyer. At 7:30pm, the doors to the grand ballroom will open for a spectacular entrance, with a live band setting the festive mood. A shared entrée will be served at each table, followed by an alternate drop main course and a set dessert. For those who wish to elevate their experience, upgrade to a 4-hour bottomless drinks package, including a selection of Rymill Wines and Tap Beers, for an additional $60 per person.
