Our buffet celebrates the Surf — with a focus on fresh seafood and vibrant coastal flavours — complemented by a curated selection of smoky Turf dishes, crafted in collaboration with BBQ legends Rik’s Grill. To ensure a relaxed experience, we’re offering staggered seating, with each group enjoying 2 hours of unlimited buffet access.
Guests will be welcomed with a house beer or wine on arrival, while live soloist entertainment sets the tone for a relaxed and memorable afternoon by the bay.
As an exclusive highlight, our dessert station will showcase an award-winning cheesecake — a recipe that stole the show at the world’s biggest BBQ competition, The Jack Daniel’s Invitational in Tennessee. Created by Aussie BBQ team The Smoking Joint, this dessert won Best Dessert overall and earned a rare gold medal on the world stage.
