Stamford Plaza Brisbane offers an iconic high tea culture that embodies refinement and sophistication. With a long-standing tradition of indulging in the art of afternoon tea, we have curated a truly exceptional experience for tea enthusiasts.

Among them, we proudly present three distinct styles of high tea, each mesmerizing in its own way.

The classic Spirit of Queensland High Tea showcases a timeless selection that Stamford Plaza presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to Brisbane in 2010. For chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Afternoon Tea will melt their hearts. Finally, the Wizardry High Tea through the school holidays presents a fun theme setting  perfect for family and friends.

SPIRIT OF QUEENSLAND HIGH TEA 

The Spirit of Queensland high tea menu is fit for a queen. It is an elegant, refined and quintessential Queensland indulgence.

Inspired by Queensland and Australian tastes, the High Tea menu incorporates flavours hailing from the red soil outback to coastal beach fronts. The menu's layered tropical fruit entremets featuring mango, bananas, pineapple, and finger limes are all sourced from the state. There's also a Daintree barramundi, leek, dill quiche, Stanthorpe cider apple-and-raisin scones, and a fancy take on a lamington. 

The Stamford Plaza Brisbane hotel’s Pastry curated and presented this legendary menu to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to Brisbane in 2010.

We know this Brisbane high tea experience will become a must-try for Queensland locals and visitors alike.

Spirit of Queensland High Tea is available on Saturdays & Sundays 
at 11am to 1pm & 2:30pm to 4:30pm

$59 per person
$69 per person with sparkling wine 
$79 per person with champagne

Prepayment is required at time of booking for Spirit of Queensland High Tea.

Please note this High Tea is not suited to larger groups, with a maximum of six guests per table (subject to availability)

CHOCOLATE AFTERNOON TEA



Chocolate enthusiasts unite at La Boca Bar and Grill Sunday Chocolate Afternoon Tea.

Set against the scenic panorama of the Brisbane River, this chocolate-coated indulgence showcases an extravagant array of Argentinian savoury and over 17 kinds of chocolate-infused desserts and baked scones. 

Ideal for groups of any size and perfect for all celebrations.

Chocolate Afternoon Tea is available Saturday afternoons starting April 13
from 2:00pm 

$69 per adult

$35 for children under 12
