Reservation & Payment

1. Full credit card details are required to secure bookings. Reservations without valid card details may be declined.
2. Groups of 20 or more guests must secure their booking with a deposit. Please contact the hotel directly for corporate bookings.

Cancellation Policy

1. a. No fee if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to booking
   b. $15 per person fee for cancellations between 24–48 hours
   c. $22 per person fee for cancellations within 24 hours
2. Rescheduling after the cancellation window may still incur applicable fees.

Eligibility

1. This offer is available exclusively to individuals working in the Brisbane CBD (postcode 4000).
2. Proof of employment is required on arrival, such as a work ID badge, staff access card, or company email confirmation.
3. Only one eligible guest per table needs to present proof of employment to redeem this offer.
4. Each eligible individual may redeem the offer for up to 2 adults per day. Additional guests will be charged at the standard buffet price.

Booking Conditions

1. Table allocation is at the discretion of Stamford Plaza Brisbane.
2. This offer is not valid for private hire or functions.
3. Split billing is not available. A maximum of two bills per table may be requested.
